That is one beautiful horse. :) And it is so good to see him run and play. So many horses around here do nothing but walk between the feeder and water trough for months on end. Really pitiful.

I first read this as: "Comet turned a year old last month, which was about when HE was shot." Of course I did a double take and re-read it.
