My understanding is that the video is a hoax (the rant was dubbed in). However, truth can be stranger than fiction.
In my company, years after the actual incident, tales are still told of Bob the Trainer. Bob was co-teaching a rather full class, and during his partner's portion of the program decided to quietly sneak out to use the restroom.
Unfortunately, Bob forgot his microphone was still on.
Several dozen students were treated to the sounds of a bathroom door opening, the unmistakable sound of a zipper, a long drawn-out piss (think Austin Powers), and a groaning coup de grace of "FUCK, that feels good..."
followed by a flush.
Bob received applause when he returned to the room.
