Mall Ninjas of the World, Untie!

For some reason I haven't been able to figure, this old post got some attention yesterday.  It drew a lot of hate when I first put it up almost two years ago.  I need to find some new way to enrage people, 'cause it's funny as hell when that happens.

Anyway, scroll down to the last three comments and check out the big brass ones on Kumar!  The world is safe in his keeping, HOOWAH!  Assuming his head doesn't explode, which would be a tragedy.

Gotta go: Us pacifist girly morons got shit (of a different sort) to shovel.

They need to stiffen their spines with drivel like this because in their heart of hearts they know that what they're doing is wrong. It's not about defending the country or freedom and the smarter ones are seeing that.

Seriously ~ If we didn't kill brown people in foreign lands you wouldn't be able to have your right to serve your country and then got shot down in cold blood by a SWAT team after arriving back home.

Yessir. Without the brave soldiers killing brown people who never posed a threat to American freedom, Jihadis would be landing on LCTs, waving their AK-47s and screaming "Allaaaaahu akhbar!" and stealin' our freedoms. My question is: in a world without State-funded soldiers, who would pose a risk to any of my freedoms? No American would go overseas to kill unless he were A) told to go by politicians and B) paid by politicians. There's no incentive for members of the productive sector to go and kill people overseas. That only happens when politicians get involved. Yes, Osama Bin Laden is/was a politician.

Hermann Goering was 100% correct.

"Goering: 'Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.

Gilbert: 'There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.'

Goering: 'Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.'"

See, Joel, you and me ain't patriots. The Nazis said so.

See, if I let myself think with my bravado, I could absolutely see where they are coming from. That's not even an exaggeration. I would have to forego coldly rational thought, basic Christian doctrine, essential human decency, and confuse "killing people on behalf of politicians" with "protecting my country," but after I did all that, I would definitely understand where they're coming from.

Dude, "Kumar's" posts are cleverly disguised Indian link spam.

I would suggest deleting them.
