Wow! Cold!

Actually it's probably no colder than yesterday, which was pleasantly cool. But yesterday there wasn't the 40 MPH wind I woke up to this morning. Didn't even get out of bed till almost 7:30, just because the blankets felt so good. Guess I shouldn't have sent the hose for my propane heater south with Landlady, huh? I may have to cobble something up.

Anyway, now I'm wrapped in layers of sweatshirt and watching clouds race by outside my window. And it suddenly occurs to me that we're probably not more than two weeks from the first snow of the season. Which means I should get my ass in gear and go work on tiles.
