Clouded up yesterday afternoon, and the weather report solemnly assured me that was the last sun I'd see for four days minimum. Around sundown the clouds went away, ensuring (no matter what the weatherman said) that it would be a cold night and it was.
This morning dawned mostly clear, but now I'm promised two days of afternoon rain and snow.
Proving, once again, that the only way around here to tell the weather is to look out your damn window. The only way to tell what it'll be in the future is to wait and see.

Indeed. :) I look at the weather report and forecast each morning, mostly for entertainment purposes. So far our only real snowstorm came just before Thanksgiving and each dire warning of "hazardous weather" since then has been a sick joke.
But you do know, don't you, that just as soon as you quit looking...
POW!! You get it right upside the head. LOL
Ayup, day before yesterday the weatherguessers predicted light snow showers with no accumulation and we got 8". Today it says < 1" accumulation and there's another 2" and still coming down.
Might as well be politicians, the way they lie.
My mama said that little boys who lie grow up to be weathermen - or politicians.
I'm far more apt to believe the weathermen. :)
