Ho hum, another flying vaporware car.

I WANT MY FLYING CAR! I'm not getting any younger, goddammit.

This thing would never work around here, unless/until somebody invents a 4X4 gyrocopter. And I'll bet it's scary on corners. But the folding prop looks pretty cool, not that I'm interested in that many moving parts on such an essential mechanical device. They don't call the thing holding it on the "Jesus nut" for nothing.

Well, it's early days... The first horseless carriages were not paragons of safety or comfort either. Looked like a very bumpy, vibration filled flight. But I'm sure they'll improve things eventually.

Hope I live that long. I WANT A FLYING CAR TOO!!! :)

Am I the only one who's of the opinion that all these 'flying cars'...aren't? Call them what they are...street legal aircraft.

To me a REAL 'flying car' would be something that would allow me to simply lift off while driving down the road.

Anyone who's ever missed an exit on an interstate in the vasty-nothingness of the western states could see the advantages of being able to simply gain altitude, bank over and set back down on the route you wanted to take.

This whole 'stop, get out, pull tab A from slot B, lock this pin, plug that wire...'crap in order to transform FROM a car TO an aircraft is not what a flying car is supposed to be.
