As Jay Carney, the hapless White House press secretary, explained yesterday in marking Obama's important role in Bin Laden's death:
"Let me put it this way. You've heard of Chuck Norris? Jack Bauer? Sergeant Rock?"
"Yes."
"Pantywaists."

He's still dead from the last time? Good. I don't think I could handle one more of his deaths. It was getting really old.

And by somebody who will never, ever need to buy their own beer on a Navy base ever again, which will let you know that it wasn't POTUS.
(Incidentally, the name of the guy who did it will surface, sooner rather than later. Even as tight-lipped a community as NAVSPECWAR is, it's too big, and too many people know the story, which is why we know that Bill got a BJ and that the moon landings weren't really a hoax...)
Tam, it's pretty clear that "bin Laden," whoever he really was, died a long time ago... in fact, his "death" was reported a number of times.
Makes it very difficult to take the latest one very seriously. All actual evidence was destroyed as fast as they could do it. Puts me in mind of Waco, OK and 9.11.
Really strange, besides, how so MANY of the supposed participants and witnesses to these sort of things quickly wind up dead. The wholesale death of the "seals" can't help but make me ask hard questions.
No, the whole truth may never be known. But that doesn't mean I need to swallow pretty obvious lies.
