Canton, Ohio. Never been there, but it does appear that sanity is not a requirement for a job in "public service" in Canton.

Sanity? I used to know a few sane people... none of them were politicians or bureaucrats, of course. I don't know any of that sort... But I think you actually have to be insane to take the job.
The thinking is so bizarre as to qualify for insanity all right.
